We were able to go away knowing that he was being well looked after in a home environment with two lovely people. Looking at the photos of him playing and relaxing we can tell he's had a great time. Lovely dealing with Emma, and I can always send Oscar away knowing he will be loved and well cared for. I find the service, where Emma collects and drops off a godsend! Highly recommend. Last year we bought a puppy and I was a complete dog owning novice. Emma spent many hours working with me & our puppy during 1-2-1 sessions. Emma is calm, kind, assertive, intelligent and genuinely adores animals. She spent considerable time with my young son helping him to overcome his fear of dogs and understand how to interact with them. My puppy and son are now totally inseparable and the best of friends all because of Emma and her advice and help. As for my puppy she is totally in love with Emma and I can see this genuine affection in her eyes and the way she greets Emma. I can totally trust and recommend Emma and her pet care service. Whilst I am out at work Emma takes my puppy out on groups walks every day. She always texts me with a progress report and posts great photos and videos on her Face Book page. So I know my puppy is safe plus having great fun interacting with other dogs. Dexter, my dog clearly adores them and I would trust them to take him anywhere and take the best possible care of him. In addition to being an outstanding walking service, Emma and her Colleague have a great deal of initiative and are completely trustworthy, the service as a whole have my highest possible recommendation. Dexter had a walker previously at my old home address who had been unreliable, now I have moved home I was nervous about entrusting him with someone else to walk however this has been completely unfounded, I can REALLY tell he's been walked, he is usually "dog tired" when I get home from work!! It's great to know he is being exercised and cared for as though he was Emma's own pet. In conjunction to this we also have a cat, Pedro who has also been provided with a feeding service when necessary.
